Support & uninstall

During the private beta, invited testers join the Kalc Beta Slack workspace (link in your invite email only — not published here).

• Slack — #kalc-beta in the Kalc Beta workspace (personal invite in your Formal Invite email)
• Chat — widget on this site (bottom right); messages reach the team via #kalc-support
• Email — support@kalc.tech (also notified to the team in Slack)
• Privacy — privacy@kalc.tech

Do not share your Slack invite link or post it publicly — same confidentiality as your install link and API key.

Uninstall — Mac

1. Excel → Insert → Add-ins → My Add-ins → remove Kalc.
2. Optional: remove sideload files if your install guide listed a folder path.

Uninstall — Windows

1. Excel → Home → Add-ins → Advanced → remove Kalc.

Data erasure

Email privacy@kalc.tech to request deletion of your account data. We verify identity before erasure.

Common issues

• Connect API key persists — sign out in Settings, re-enter key.
• Add-in missing — re-run install from your personal invite link; fully quit Excel.
• Long audit — large models queue asynchronously; wait for completion.
